Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video proof for a refund or replacement.
- Due to food safety laws, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective upon arrival.
- Change of mind is not an eligible refundable situation.
