Ingredients
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce

  • 1/2 cup chopped spring mix (or spinach)

  • 6 slices diced cucumber

  • 2 slices diced tomato

  • 2 slices diced red onion

  • 2 slices diced deli turkey

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta

  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries

  • handful of Golden Herb Walnuts

  • 1 tablespoon EVOO

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

Add the lettuce, spring mix, cucumber, tomato, onion, turkey, feta, and cranberries, to a large bowl.


Roughly chop the Golden Herb Walnuts and add on top.


Drizzle the EVOO and balsamic on top. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Mix it up and it's ready to enjoy!
